Shipping policy
Production Time
Each Svetlana lamp is 3D-printed individually to order. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. During promotional periods or due to supply constraints, this may be extended; we will notify you by email if any delay is expected.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the destination countries listed below. There is no minimum order value. All prices include applicable VAT.
Carrier and Delivery Methods
All orders are dispatched via Packeta (Zásilkovna). At checkout you can choose between:
- Home delivery: the parcel is delivered to your address by the local courier partner. Estimated delivery: 3 – 7 business days after dispatch.
- Pickup point (Z-Box / Zásielkovňa point): collect from any Packeta pickup location of your choice. Estimated delivery: 2 – 5 business days after dispatch.
Total estimated time from order to delivery is typically 5 – 12 business days. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery times.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:
- Slovakia (SK)
- Czech Republic (CZ)
- Hungary (HU)
- Austria (AT)
- Poland (PL)
If you would like delivery to another EU country, please contact us at contact@svetlanalampe.sk before ordering — we may be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.
VAT and Customs
All listed prices include Slovak VAT at the applicable rate. As all destination countries are within the European Union and we operate under the EU One-Stop-Shop scheme, there are no import duties, customs fees, or additional taxes for the recipient.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your parcel directly on the Packeta website at tracking.packeta.com.
Delivery Address Errors
It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur an additional shipping fee.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel does not arrive within 14 business days of dispatch or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@svetlanalampe.sk with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Risk and Title
Risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes once full payment has been received.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after payment, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after the order is placed. If you need to amend your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@svetlanalampe.sk; we will do our best to accommodate the request before dispatch.
