Shipping Policy

Production Time

Each Svetlana lamp is 3D-printed individually to order. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for production before your order is dispatched. During promotional periods or due to supply constraints, this may be extended; we will notify you by email if any delay is expected.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to Packeta pickup points in the destination countries listed below. There is no minimum order value. All prices include VAT.

Carrier and Delivery Methods

All orders are delivered by Packeta exclusively to a Packeta pickup point or Z-BOX of your choice, which you select on the map at checkout. We do not offer home delivery to your address.

Estimated delivery: 2 – 5 business days after dispatch. Together with production, the total time from order to delivery is typically 5 – 10 business days. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery times.

Shipping Destinations

We deliver to Packeta pickup points in the following countries:

  • Slovakia (SK)
  • Czech Republic (CZ)
  • Austria (AT)
  • Poland (PL)
  • Hungary (HU)

Customers from any EU/EEA country can place an order (your billing address may be in any EU/EEA country), but the parcel can only be delivered to a pickup point in one of the countries above. We do not currently deliver to other countries; if you are interested in delivery elsewhere, let us know at contact@svetlanalampe.sk.

VAT and Customs

All listed prices include Slovak VAT (23%), which is also the rate shown on your invoice. As all destination countries are within the European Union, there are no import duties, customs fees, or additional taxes for the recipient.

Electrical Waste (WEEE) and Packaging

Our lamps include an LED light source and therefore qualify as electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) under Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol marked on the product or its documentation means that the product must not be discarded with unsorted municipal waste at the end of its life. Instead, it must be handed in at a designated collection point for waste electrical and electronic equipment, so that it can be recovered and recycled. Correct disposal helps protect the environment and human health.

In accordance with our producer take-back obligations, you may return end-of-life equipment of an equivalent type to us; please contact us at contact@svetlanalampe.sk to arrange this.

Product packaging is recyclable. Please sort packaging materials (cardboard, plastics) according to the waste-separation rules in your country.

Tracking

Once your parcel has been handed over to Packeta, Packeta will keep you informed about it (by email and/or SMS to the contact details you provided), including when it is ready for collection at your chosen pickup point. You can also track your parcel on the Packeta website at tracking.packeta.com.

Contact Details and Uncollected Parcels

Please make sure that your email address and telephone number are correct, as Packeta uses them to notify you when your parcel is ready for collection. If a parcel is not collected within the pickup point's storage period, it is returned to us; we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur an additional shipping fee.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within 14 business days of dispatch or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@svetlanalampe.sk with your order number. We will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Risk and Title

Risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods passes once full payment has been received.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Until your lamp has been dispatched, you can cancel your order at any time by sending an email to contact@svetlanalampe.sk stating your order number. We will refund the full amount paid, using the original payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation. Changes to your order (for example to its configuration) are possible as long as production has not yet started — please contact us as soon as possible. After dispatch, you can still withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (see our “Withdrawal & Warranty” page).
